Shipping

To be eligible for a return, first please request a return by sending us an email at support@dmgvaping.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any importation fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost in transit.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES AND LAWS

Customers with shipping addresses outside of Switzerland are responsible for all duties, import taxes ETC. These are not included in the cost of shipping. 

As the customer it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which Our Products are being despatched to. We (DMGVAPING) will not be held liable or responsible if you break any conflicting laws or restrictions on import.

Example: if there are any restrictions or laws in your country for importing restricted or prohibited items that you have ordered.
